Hi All

    I upgrade my CG Server version to 6.2.1 and install new agent to WIn10/2012/2019.

I check the Windows Module license still active.so I deploy some windows policy to defaul windows group whcih include these agents.

but interesting , these agent not send any event..

so I check the agent log on C:\Programdata\NetIQ\ChangeGuardianAgent folder..

the log show internal error message below:

I try to reboot these agent and CG appliance..but still no event.

Who have similar experience could give me some suggestion?
