Have you checked to see, on the Change Guardian server, if the port you
are trying to access is listening? If you just put in an IP address most
web browsers will try port eighty (80). I am not a Change Guardian guru,
but I would check the server side to see what IS listening and then try to
access that.

netstat -an | grep 'LISTEN '

It may also help to know the version you are using, if this is a new
setup, what changed recently, if the Change Guardian host's firewall has
been configured to allow access to whatever listening port, etc.

I would first check to make sure the CG Server is up and running. If it is check the connection path and firewalls. If none of those are the issue then I suggest opening a ticket with Technical Support.
