SCHEDULED REPORT PDF HAS NO REPORTS

Please assist me I have installed change guardian in May and everything was working fine now when I schedule a report and view on pdf it does not show any reports. And when I log in the events or activities are not shown automatically, I have to choose a severity first but before they were ok when you log in you would see them without changing severity .What could be the issue?

    I would recommend you to create one SR so that, the NTS will get attention and it will be addressed.
