Source IP same with taregtIP/ObserveIP

My workstation use map net drive or useing novell filr to manage his
files,but I use CG4 to monitor these share folders...these file
monitoring event always show sourceIP is File Server IP...is not point
user comfrom which workstation....
Could CG 4 provide user's IP ?:confused:
