which document provide detail AIX installation procedure ?

HI All
My boss want to monitor AIX 5.3 , I had success register some SLES
and solaris server...but my AIX only support telnet/FTP, I select use
[Use telnet/FTP when SSHv2 unavailable] but still install fail.

I check official document, seem only simply provide Linux/UNIX
install...
I need to help that which document file provide detail AIX server
installation..

or Could I use offline method?
