offline appliance iso

Hi All

    I request CG software from partner portal and download a offline appliance iso..it should used for offline upgrade purpose..

   But software document  only said contact support...

Who could provide how to use offline iso ?? because I use this ISO to boot CG VM....but it seem not a bootable DVD.

 

Another question...I active a eval partner license , I receive a PDF file, but I could not see any CG license file which could import CG server to enable function.

    Can you please open a ticket for this issue and upload the license key that you were provided?

         I use Partner License from Partner Portal. also this offline appliance iso was download from partner portal.

    I just want to know how to use..

       Because now partner's SR number change to 50...I could not easy create ticket for ask procedure only.
