Manual uninstall 5.2.0 Agent

Hi All

     I have a Domain Controller install CG 5.2.0 Agent...and for some reasons...we must  remove it manually.

when I click uninstall CG Agent...it show a message like "the Account has been exist"

when I click "OK"...the process has been terminated. the CG Agent still exist.

but another Agent Manager could been removed...

Who has experience could provide how to manual uninstall agent ??

    I don't think "the Account has been exist" is the correct translation so I'm trying to figure out what it might really be saying.   Does the account you are using to log into that box have administrative privileges?   Also does the agent currently run okay?   I want to be sure it wasn't partially removed at some point and now the uninstall is not working. 

    We can look into a manual uninstall but first please confirm the above.

       1. I use Domain Administrator login , and this server is Domain Controller (now I use backup duplicate VM for troubleshooting)

         2. the message that I use Google translate is "The specified account already exists"....

    I had check document ..it only provide the I select CGAgent then click uninstall...no more information.

    It is probably best to open an SR so that if needed a defect can be opened. Be sure to provide the CG version, OS of agent box, and if this issue is occurring on other agent boxes.
