alert which trigger specific event times in time frame

Hi All

       I want to monitor huge File Written event in short timeframe...I find alert seem could match my need.

But I find 2 question :

1. it only max 100 events in least time frame 59 seconds==> Could I manual set any config file let me extend the parameter ??

2. when I set this rule....I receive alert mail...but sometimes the event number not match 100....I had see "more than " or "less than" in 100 events/59seconds....

 

Who had set such alert and had similar experience could share me ??
