SmartConnector download

I need testing Exchnage policy in my lab

But it seem need install SmartConnector, but I check CG 5.2 download list from official website...even Partner portal...I di not see SmartConnector from CG5.2 Portal.

How to get SmartConnector for let me testing Exchange Policy ??
