CG 4.2 - Agent Check-in fails due to config error

I have upgraded form CG 4.1.1 to 4.2. Everything is working fine. I am
trying to upgrade a server running 4.1.1 to 4.2 through the new Agent
Manager process.

It appears the Change Guardian config was using my Sentinel Server as
the CGW Policy Manager so I had to alter that in the config using the
GUI but it still appears to be trying to connect to the Sentinel Server
when the Client Agent Manager service is running when it should be
connecting to the Change Guardian serer on TCP 8082. As a result the
agent upgrade process always fails as the agent never checks in as it is
trying to connect to a non existing service running on the Sentinel
Server when it should be connecting to the CG Server on tcp 8082. Is
there a way to change this config?
