Question about Change Guardian features

I have a question about Change Guardian features, that currently I'm not
able to find confirmation.
Is Change Guardian capable to catch next updates of AD objects?

- When the change was made
- Who made the change
- Source host from which the change was made
- Target server through which the change was propagated
- What object was modified
- Before and after values (if applicable).
