Change Guardian 4.1.1 Hotfix 2 is released

Change Guardian 4.1.1 Hotfix 2 improves system performance in two ways:

- More efficient retrieval of delta information.
- Reduced default logging levels for the Web server and message bus

All customers with current maintenance can download this hotfix from
'PatchFinder' (https://dl.netiq.com/patch/finder/) or from the NCC
update channel (if you have an appliance). The release notes are
available on the 'documentation site for Change Guardian'
(https://www.netiq.com/documentation/change-guardian/).
