User and Group Add into Roles UI is really difficult to use especially user under different OU

Hi

Create a Role and add on users and groups into roles is first step for PAM assignement resources.

But it's really diffcult to use.

Most of IT don't know where the user exact location just know the breif user name ,group ...etc.

When IT try to add users into the Roles from PAM ,They need to drill down into each layer of OU where user locate.

It could be hundres or thusand user in same OU ,They need to find it one by one not by firendly sort or filter.

It should support filter by sub-folder and fuzzy search function actually.

About 50% give up to use the PAM anymore due to this terrible UI function.

It's really upset

Although we selected a few usability concerns for 4.5, this one could not be included. I'm hoping the next release will include a fix for this. Thank you.

The PAM 4.5 still not fix this serious issue?

I don't know hot to create a user under the sub-folder where I don't really know the full path ?

It's really painstaking.

For now

We try eveything what we can do but it's really hard to work for this terrible UI.

Search User and Group under sub-folder is really basic and essential function actually.

I don't know why we need request a idea for car with no tier to drive ...etc.

Please kindly fix it
