Limit maximum Credential Checkout Access Duration

Currently, a requester can increase checkout Access Duration from the default of 6 hours up to to 7 days and 23 hours.
There should be a setting to limit this to an admin defined maximum to meet compliance regulations.

    I think what is most irritating for customers is this strange inter-dependency between time of checkout and access duration.

    Having two independent settings would make this much easier to grasp:

    1. Time intervals when a checkout can happen
    2. Duration for how long the credential can be used until it is forcefully checked in
