Setup default account name on TOTP

Hello,

We plan to use TOTP method as recovery for forgotten password.

If we set OTP Secret Identifier as UPN, the first line in Microsoft Authenticator display the domain name (as account name) and the second one the UPN.

It will be usefull if this field could be setup.
