Add -initial and -recent to dialog for windows applications

It would be useful if the windows applications had the ability to use the -initial and -recent switches from the site command. We have an application that if NSL fails at typing the correct credentials in it will just keep trying over and over again. Also when someone logs out of the application it will automatically log them back in. It would be nice if there was a way to have NSL attempt log in only once.
