error com.sssw.fw.security.core.eboSecurityManager - [rbpm] getelementaclforpermission: the id ldaprealm\cn=uaadmin.context does not exist for the right protect and element type locksmithelementtype.

Environment

IDM 4.8.7 & 4.9

Situation 

catalina.out shows:

error com.sssw.fw.security.core.eboSecurityManager - [rbpm] getelementaclforpermission: the id ldaprealm\cn=uaadmin.othercontext does not exist for the right protect and element type locksmithelementtype. 

Cause

The uaadmin user was moved from default container and placed in another custom container and this kept creating different entries in the idmuserappdb in table securitypermission which was being reflected in catalina from startup reporting that the id ldaprealm\cn=uaadmin.othercontext does not exist for the right protect and element type locksmithelementtype
