Environment

Identity Manager 

Linux Fan Out Driver

Open Enterprise Server

iManager

Situation

After upgrading iManager, when attempting to use the Fan-Out Driver utilities or Fan-Out Driver Configuration Roles from within iManager to manage the Fan-out Drivers you may receive one of 2 potential errors:

1: Service unavailable: An internal error has occurred with the following message: Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints
or
2: Service unavailable: An internal error has occurred with the following message: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate
