Identity Reporting shows blank page (IDM4.9)

Hi,

I install Identity Reporting component on the same Windows Server with User Application. User application is working fine but Identity Reporting shows blank page (https://<ip>:8543/IDMRPT/). 

I launch the Reporting URL directly but it is not redirected to OSP logon. I also check from SAML/OIDC tracer which does not have any request shown up. 

I think I might have the problem with Identity Reporting and OSP but cannot figure out. Please help to suggest.
