Does Azure AD Driver use retiring Graph APIs?

I have a site running IdM 4.8.7 with the Azure AD Driver version 5.1.7 Patch 3, so one patch behind.

The driver is in hybrid mode with Azure AD Connect and is only used to update some attributes on users AAC cannot modify.  There is no Exchange service and no Remote Loader.

The tenant admin is getting warning emails stating to "Migrate Applications from the retiring Azure AD Graph APIs to Microsoft Graph"

The details show a bunch of the operations that the driver has been doing over the last 30 days.

Is this a known issue with the Azure AD driver? Is NetIQ/OpenText aware of it and resolving it?
