we have IDM and user app 4.9 running on Windows servers. In the user app we set the teams with manager-employee-relations. The manager is required to request the access rights in the user app for new team members. We have planned to use the proxy assignement function in case of absences, but apparently a proxy user for the manager doesn't inherit his rights as head of team (= no request for others possible / no view of the team members etc.).
Do we do something wrong or is this simply not considered to work? How are you usually solve such situations?
