Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) uses NetIQ Identity Governance to close loopholes in their access and security policies

The challenge was to automate a manual access review process to satisfy audit requirements, save time, and increase efficiency. QCTO also wanted to enhance its system security and control user access more easily.

Identity Governance was implemented and is used to collect and correlate user entitlements across all QCTO applications into one view. It is designed to eliminate
manual processes and increase efficiency.
