Situation
When doing maintenance/database cleanup (Purge) you encounter the following error showing in the catalina.%timestamp %.log located in the Tomcat\Logs directory:

The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "fk_cri_change_set". The conflict occurred in database "igops", table "dbo.CHANGE_REQUEST_ITEM", column 'CHANGESET'.

Resolution
When looking at Data Administration | Maintenance | CleanUp Activity in the UI, find the CleanUp Activity with a Cleanup Status of Failed and click on the Entity Type link. In the CleanUp Entities page find the Entity Type that shows less Entities Done that Entities To Do and click on the Entities Done link. This will show you the last Entity ID that was tried which is the one it failed on. Please contact Support for further assistance on executing the necessary SQL queries to complete the resolution.
