Scenario:
Attempting to install a new instance of IG 3.6.2 using the OSP installed on the Identity Applications server (with eDirectory as the backend LDAP provider) rather than the OSP which comes with Identity Governance. Database schema and tables are created properly but when IG bootstrap admin authenticates, they receive an error message advising: "userNotMapped"

Cause and Resolution:
OSP is case-sensitive. In this case, the user was attempting to configure their bootstrap admin in the IG configutil.sh as: cn=igadmin,ou=services,o=vault but upon further review, we discovered that the 'o=' was 'VAULT' (rather than 'vault').

Once the bootstrap admin context was updated to cn=igadmin,ou=services,o=VAULT and tomcat services were restarted, the IG bootstrap admin was able to properly authenticate without any errors.
