IG 4.3.1 - CSV and group membership inheritance

Hi, I have 2 CSV files, 1 for identity and 1 for group source. I collect and publish identities, groups, users memberships and everything is fine. When I enable to collect "Parent and child group relationships", users inherite the memberships of the parent group.

Do you know if is possibile disable or modify this behavior?
