24-3 install is a breeze

Just reporting in that we went through a 4.3.1 (24-3) install today, and it was a snap.  Cleanest install of IG I've done in a while.

We did see some weird artifacts in the guided installer on a RHEL 8 box, where it wouldn't update selections visually when you chose a checkbox or radio button, but we switched to the console installer, and it was great.
