Display Attribute Column for All Users by Default

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically display a specific column, like the "Department" column, for every user by default in our system. Currently, users have to manually click on the settings gear and select the attribute (Department) to show it in their view.

Is there a way to configure the system so that the "Department" column is always visible for all users without them having to manually select it? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
