Identity Governance make shopping cart Reason field mandatory.

Hi Client has a requirement to make the Reason field in the shopping cart submission form mandatory. Is it possible to make this Reason field mandatory?

I know in the request form of permission or application we can make reason mandatory by using a custom form, but I am not getting a handle on submit form from the shopping cart.

This is a very critical client requirement. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

The product is Identity Governance 3.7.3

    Hello,
    You can modify the Default Permission Request form:

    1) Login as the Governance Admin

    2) Go to Policy -> Access Request Policies -> Permission Default Forms

    3.a) Click on "Default Permission Request" and select a permission
    3.b) Once in Form Builder
    3.c) Go to the Reason Field and select Edit
    3.c.1) Select the Validation Tab
    3.c.2) Select the checkbox next to "Required"
    3.c.3) Save
    3.d) Save the Form

    3.e) Back in Governance, Publish the Form.

    4) Test (request new permission). At this point the Default Permission Request Form will require a reason.
