Situation

User is unable to change the master replica using Identity Console (iConsole) and showing "Other Error" on screen. The edirapi.log shows -2226 error:

{"ldapServer":"192.168.10.20:636","level":"error","msg":"LDAP Result Code 80 \"Other\": NDS error: no additional information available (-2226)","time":"Thursday, 16-May-24 17:47:58 JST","treeName":"<tree name>"}

The edirapi.log exists in:
iConsole (Docker): /var/lib/docker/volumes/<volume_name>/_data/eDirAPI/var/log folder
iConsole (Non Docker): /var/opt/novell/eDirAPI/log folder 
iConsole Windows: \IdentityConsole_<version>_workstation_win_x86_64\eDirAPI\log folder

The master replica server enables Enhanced Background Authentication (EBA), however the R/W replica server disables EBA.
