Quick fix for -625/-626 error code when executing ndsrepair

It is common to see the -625/-626 error code when running ndsrepiar with Report Replica Synchronization Status option (-E) or Time Synchronization option (-T). When this happens, ndsrepair will not progress further and in hanging mode.

To resolve this issue, one quicker way is to restart eDirectory service and run ndsrepair again.
