Situation
Identity Console in English can show the date icon to change the validity period for a certificate.
However, Identity Console in any other lanuage CANNOT show the date icon to change the validity period for a certificate.

Resolution
This phenomenon seems to be caused by the browser language that is set.
As a workaround, set the language of the Chrome browser from Japanese to English and then restart the browser.
