Situation
ndsrepair -E shows 625, 626 and -761 errors.

The following error can be seen in the output.
Replica on server: <server 1 name>
Replica: <server x name> MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM:DD
Server: <server 2 name> MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM:DD -625 Remote (or -626 Remote)

Resolution
Please ignore -761 errors in the ndsrepair -E output.

These -625 and -626 errors are due to communication issue between servers.

If you can ping from <server 1> to <server 2>, On <server 2>, please try to stop eDirectory service and start it manually.

If you cannot ping from <server 1> to <server 2>, please try to boot the OS of both servers, or check OS and external firewall to ensure that all the related ports have granted.
