Situation
When upgrading from eDirectory 9.1 to 9.2, nds-install displays the following error messages. Getting updated schema err=-634

Configuring HTTP service… Failed to configure HTTP service: no referrals err=-634
…
ERROR: /opt/novel/eDirectory/bin/ndsconfig return value = 68.

ndscheck : no error

ndsd.log : -634 error

ndsrepair –T, ndsrepair -E : no error

ndsrepair –P -> Select Partition -> 10. View Replica Ring :
There are 3 partitions. And [Root] and DriverSet partition has no master replica in the replica ring

Cause
The schema extension operation encountered a -634 error because the master replica of the [Root] partition did not exist.
