upgrade NFR24.2 need keep scan data

HI All

   My NFR is 3.6 and need upgrade to 24.2...

when I upgrade engine...and need re-configure engine....it show a error message..

but in message...it show"cleaning up legacy data"....

Whether I upgrade NFR 24.2 , must drop all data ? (it should be new install, no upgrade)
