NFR log message - Error while retrieving object information

We are running NFR 2.0.2. We are seeing the following log message continually in the nfr engine log. NFR seems to be operating fine - scans are running, reports are running, etc. However, any ideas on what we can we do to resolve this error message?

01 2014-04-22 09:52:00 -14400 3 0006 4660 4800 SFS: Error while retrieving object information for GUID {BFE18000-A375-11DC-9B45-005056B175FF} from identity system MWVNP: 44.

Error '44' indicates that multiple objects were returned from a
directory services search which was expected to return only one result.
In this case, that's almost certainly a duplicate GUID. Check your tree
for GUID duplication, and review
