O365 Custom Report could not process or clear

NFR 4.0

   I build NFR 4.0 and scan My O365 testing tenant finormation...

then I download custom Query file from CookBook website..

then I try do paste Query command it seem could get and show data

then I also use the custom layout which download from cookbook...when it save , it will auto uploaf to database...so I could see it on NFR WebConsole..

I select it and run "generate preview", it could show the report well

But When I use Generate stored report...it always keep on "Reports in Progress", and not completed...when I click "Cancel", it show a error message.

Who had use O365 custom report to generate stored report and like me to get similar result ?

    Could you provide a link to the File Cookbook query you are using?

    Do you see any logging in the Engine log files returning this "result = 11" error message?
