Warning sign for OS in Dashboard

Hi,

I see an warning sign in my FR 3.0 installation dashboard for operation system. The OS is Windows 2k8R2 (Enterprise) which is listed in requirements. Is an action necessary? How can I fix this?

Hi Michael,

As Microsoft has ended the main stream support for Windows 2008 R2 the engineering team behind File Reporter thought it would be good to add this warning icon on your dashboard. No action needed as File Reporter will run fine on Win 2008 R2.

Hi Michael,

Perhaps your operating system is outdated. Try if updating it will help. On that note, you might also want to run an anti-virus scan. If you haven't already installed one on your computer, now would be the best time to do it.
