Knowledge Document: SCA - Fortifyclient only generates encoded tokens

The fortifyclient tool is now creating only encoded tokens.

Environment

Fortify Static Code Analyzer (SCA) 24.2
Fortify Software Security Center (SSC) 24.2

Situation

When using the fortifyclient tool to create an AnalysisUploadToken token, it now generates an encoded token instead of the decoded tokens generated in older versions.

Cause

The decoded tokens used are being deprecated in newer versions.
