When a non-admin user runs the Audit Workbench application for the first time, it fails with an Eclipse error: "Java was started but returned output code=7083".

Environment

Fortify SCA 2x.x

Audit workbench 2x.x


Situation

The first time a user (non-admin) runs the Audit Workbench application, it fails with an Eclipse error "Java was started but returned output code=7083".

Cause

The user do not have needed permissions.
