Scala translation is failing due to an expired Scala plugin license.

Scala
Maven

Situation

The translation fails with the following errors:

[INFO] [Info] : Error: class not found: dotty/tools/dotc/plugins/Plugin required by com.lightbend.tools.fortify.plugin.FortifyPlugin
