Environment

Fortify SSC(any version), Fortify CI Tools docker image

Situation

Attempting to use the Docker CI Tools docker image in CI/CD environments can result in a "Error getting Controller URL" error resulting in a failing pipeline.

Cause

This can be caused when using a self-signed certificate for SSL with SSC or the certficate is signed by an untrusted CA.
