In Software Security Center auditing and adding comments is not possible as they are not accessible, disabled (grayed out)

SSC - all versions

Situation


Auditing or adding comments to issues in Software Security Center is not possible as the sections to perform those tasks are not reachable or they are grayed out from the interface of SSC after license upgrade/change. And the following message can be seen when hovering over the AUDIT button: 
You do not have access to the resource. If you require access, contact your administrator.
