How to start with FortifySCA? And How do i can use this

Previously, we used SonarQube/Scanner for SCA. Now, I want to test OpenText Fortify SCA. Can you please help me understand where I should start?

I have some questions; please help me with these:

  1. Is Fortify cloud-based or on-premise?
  2. Can we install it locally like SonarQube?
  3. Is there any scanner CLI (like in SonarQube) that interacts with the Fortify server?
  4. What are the major differences between Fortify and SonarQube?
  5. What is ScanCentral and SAST?
  6. What is Fortify On Demand
