Situation
Generating a report such as OWASP Top 10 fails. When generating the report as PDF or DOC, the report says processing then errors out.

Resolution
To work around the issue, create reports using the "Issue Reports" option and then select "OWASP Top 10".

Another alternative is to import a new version of the report which, in this case, is "OWASP Top 10 2021". To do this, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Administration, Templates, and Report Templates in SSC.
2. Select OWASP Top 10 and click Edit.
3. Go to the "ExternalListGUID" parameter and edit the value.
4. Click +ADD and enter the following values:
   1. Display Value: OWASP Top 10 2021
   2. Report Value: 1887A283-3C0D-453C-AD10-0B451EAF096D0
   3. Description: OWASP Top 10 2021
   4. [√] Default
