Creating new project with copy app state not copying the issue metrics- SSC 22.2.1.0008

We are using the SSC 22.2.1.008 .

When we create one version of project from previous version of project, artifact is copied from older version. But issue status marked in previous version is not copied. This causing huge rework for us.

In running instance we create new version of a project by copying from older version,

It used to work. There was no change in version.

In between suddenly this stopped working. Not sure what has changed .

Any idea what could be wrong here?

Can you confirm if a metrics refresh was performed before the new application version was created? There is a job that runs nightly that will take care of syncing audit information. This sync can also…

Can you confirm if a metrics refresh was performed before the new application version was created? There is a job that runs nightly that will take care of syncing audit information. This sync can also be manually triggered by clicking on the metrics refresh button (refer to the screenshot below). This needs to happen after auditing, and before creating an app version using another app version's state.

Thanks a lot for your response. I don't see metrics refresh button. Only issue refresh option is shown. Should we check with micro focus on jobs that refreshes the metrics?
