Scanning multiple Languages in FOD

Hello,

For an application that is developed in .Net Core, for example, but also has JavaScript (React) on the front end, what technology stack do we need to specify for the scan?

If we chose .Net Core from "Techonlogy Stack" drop dpwn, would the JS be scanned as well?  how FoD handles applications with code of multiple languages.
