Failed to get a license from LIM Server

Hi all, 

I was compelled by management to chage ScanDAST API's port. 
I deleted scancentral-dast-api container, edited its .ps1 script replacing the port and ran it. 
I then deleted all sensor containers, edited the scripts and ran those again as well. 
I disabled ScanDAST in SSC and restarted Tomcat. 
Under SSC's Administration > Configuration > ScanDAST I filled in with the API's new URL and restarted Tomcat again. 
Now I see all containers running from Portainer, all sensors up, running and online from SSC GUI. 
When I attempt to start a scan I get a "No License Available" error. 
LIM is up and running and its container has never been touched. 
Is there anything you can think of that I could do to refresh the environment and let it be known the port switching?
