Fusion management portal is getting "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable." after successfully set up R8100 appliance as per document.

Environment

OMT 24.2
Recon appliance R8100


Situation

As per the official document, on the Configuring Recon part, it states that "Click the Copy URL button and paste the URL into your browser to start using your appliance.".
However, when we open the URL in the Web browser, the URL returns "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.".
