Environment
ArcSight Logger Appliance L7700, 7.3.0 or later versionsArcSight Management Center (ArcMC) Appliance C6700, 3.2.3 or later versions
Situation
After applying osupgrade-logger-rhel88_24.08-37.enc on a Logger Appliance or osupgrade-arcmc-rhel88_24.08-36.enc on an ArcMC Appliance the openssh binaries no longer work.
Cause
There is a switch from using the ArcSight OpenSSH binaries to the ones that come with the RedHat OpenSSH package.For some reason, while applying the OS Patch the "openssh-clients" rpm is not deployed correctly so it must be installed manually.
