Support for Logger installation on VM hosted on Microsoft Hyper-V

We need Microsoft Hyper-V to be officially supported for Logger installation on VM  as more Customers are moving towards 

Microsoft Hyper-V as it is may be a better fit for smaller businesses. Hyper-V: Generally considered easier and faster to set up due to its integration with Windows Server.
